E.M.I.L.I.O: a robotic lower-limb system
E.M.I.L.I.O is the first development of POLUX ROBOTICS. An independent locomotion system powered by motors and gear systems in combination with elastic actuators simulating human muscles. Despite its projected autonomy, it can serve as a mobile base for all types of systems or constitute the lower part of androids with complex mobility requirements. It represents a solid starting point for a new generation of autonomous biomechanical systems.
